The Head of Industry, Insurance and Financial Services, will be a key driver in shaping and executing Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, tactics and launches in these verticals to support continued strong market growth. These GTM strategies and tactics will elevate the Ushur brand and demand generation efforts and drive new logo and expansion growth. This role demands a strategic thinker with deep industry knowledge, strong leadership skills, and a passion for technology and innovation. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally, and leverage market insights to craft compelling value propositions and Go-to-Market strategies. Responsibilities include developing Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing marketing strategies, serving as an industry subject matter expert, and creating content. This role reports into the Global Head of Industry Groups.
