As a Key Account Manager, you will handle a portfolio of strategic accounts and flagship companies, build and maintain strong customer relationships, proactively identify potential signals of dissatisfaction, ensure successful onboarding of new accounts, analyze and present consumption reports, identify and execute initiatives, be in charge of cross-selling/upselling, renegotiate contracts, participate in the evolution of products and services, and support new customer acquisition.
