We’re hiring a Machine Learning Engineer to join our team and help us reimagine life insurance. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques, as well as experience in software development and data engineering. You will be responsible for designing, developing, tuning and deploying machine learning models to solve challenging problems in the life insurance industry. This role can be fully remote and Ladder is able to hire in the following 21 States: AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, KS, MA, MD, MN, NC, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, TX, WA, WI.
