What does a work environment look like at Vouch? This role is based in our Chicago office. We require the team members to be in the office at least two days per week (Monday and Thursday) to foster close collaboration and team building. Role Responsibilities: As a success team member, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a great experience after purchasing coverage with Vouch. This position will be responsible for guiding existing customers through any insurance questions they may have, day-to-day servicing of accounts, renewal business, supporting client needs when changing coverage, and ensuring a great experience for all Vouch customers.
