We require the team members to be in the office at least two days per week (Monday and Thursday) to foster close collaboration and team building. Role Responsibilities: The Business Operations team supports the CEO in addressing the most critical business challenges at Vouch. This hands-on team takes comprehensive ownership of high-visibility projects that significantly impact the broader business. They are also tasked with generating internal, competitive, and market analyses that unveil opportunities to innovate our operational models, processes, and performance management systems.
