The Role The Solution consulting team at Ushur works as a bridge between customers, sales, product and engineering teams to ensure the successful sale, onboarding, expansion and renewal of our customers. As an Ushur Associate Technical Consultant, you’ll be responsible for supporting our solution consulting and sales team to help our customers maximize the benefits of Ushur. This includes scoping and designing end-user and customer automation journeys using state of the art Artificial Intelligence, and data science. The position as an Associate Technical Consulting is at the heart of the Sales Consulting team, driving the business forward and shaping the success of our customers. This role is a great position to start your career in sales. The Associate Technical Consultant role will carry a one-year to 18-month growth plan allowing you to promote into either a presale solution consultant role or an implementation technical consultant role Responsibilities Become a power user of the Ushur Platform and be able to respond to functional and technical elements Provide basic client-facing demonstrationsAnalyze and draft detailed RFx responsesProvide the Sales Consulting team documentation and configuration assistance during Proof of Concept (POC's)Building components for and supporting demonstrations of product solutions, helping answering customer questions and capturing technical discussionsSupporting product development, bugs using Asana and Jira Requirements 1-2 years experience in a consulting company or mid-to-large SaaS enterprise solutions company or similar experience. 1-2 years of experience in sales preferredB.S. in Computer Science or relevant fieldStartup DNA is a must: willing and able to do "whatever it takes" with motivation to find solutions rather than admire the challengeCustomer-first behaviorStrong verbal, written, and presentation skills Familiarity with cloud services, preferably Amazon AWSFamiliarity with REST APIs and Postman toolPassion for technology and being a part of a fast-growing SaaS startup where we move quickly and wear many hatsFlexible approach, able to operate effectively with uncertainty and changeDriven, self-motivated, enthusiastic and with a “can do” attitude25% travel requiredCompensation: The pay range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000 however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location.
