In this role, youll champion a culture of experimentation, constantly iterating and refining strategies through data-driven insights and user feedback to optimize product performance and user engagement. Leveraging your expertise youll be responsible for journeys and experiences that resonate with consumers and the clinics treating their pets. Collaborating closely with Design and Engineering, your impact will position Pumpkin as the go-to choice for pet owners seeking high-quality pet insurance products! This will be a hybrid position, with a minimum requirement of 2 days a week in the New York City office. What You'll Do: Lead the ideation, prioritization, and execution of new features and product enhancements that align with Pumpkin's mission of prioritizing pet health and delivering exceptional value to pet owners.
