We are looking for self motivated, competitive, and aggressive sales professionals to lead and grow a book of business in an assigned territory. You will be assigned to either a Growth or Development region, responsible for increasing written premium and active agents. With around 700 new agents joining our platform monthly, new leads are provided and we are looking to you to develop, manage, and sustain growth in your region. This position offers uncapped earning opportunities while also promoting work-life balance with the flexibility of working remotely and minimal travel.What you'll do: Increase written premium by qualifying retail agents in your region to identify areas of opportunity and/or increase monthly active user activity through outreach campaigns, product education, webinars and partnering in large account initiatives. Own the relationship with retail agents in your region and be accountable for those agents submitting new business to Pathpoint monthly through your outreach.Support new and existing retail agents in your region with appetite training, platform training, and communicating new releases. Establish Pathpoint as a trusted E&S digital option for small commercial P&C accounts. Achieve Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly production targets and KPIs for sales activity on the Pathpoint platform.Collaborate with underwriting, marketing, and product teams to provide feedback loop as primary contact with agents.What we look for: 3+ years of experience in commercial P&C E&S products with nationally-recognized insurance carriers, intermediaries, or brokerages.Direct experience within the MGA, Programs, or E&S Binding authority space.Track record of building and maintaining strategic retail agent partnerships.Proven ability to lead sales meetings with senior executives at retail agents.Internal drive to be the top performer Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to constantly problem solve and think creatively while keeping goals in sight. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
